Don’t wait any longer to experience the fullness of your life energy! She’s hidden deep inside of yourself, and you can generate it with pelvic floor muscle exercises. Wherever you need concentration and motivation, punch and libido, an overall radiance and energy some call kundalini, you can awaken this sleeping potential. Here you’ll learn to recognize and intensify kundalini awakening symptoms.
Scientific Discovery of Sexual Energy
Just about 20 years ago, Gerhard H. Eggetsberger, an Austrian biochemist, was able to measure the sexual energy with a biofeedback method. Key to this breakthrough was the ability tho detect and visualize the psychogenic brain field together with the observation of the human organism. During his research, he discovered the so called PCE-effect, a connection between the pelvic floor muscle (musculus pubococcygeus, from now on called: PC-muscle) and the brain. Sexual energy was created immediately by stretching the PC-muscle.
Characteristics of Kundalini Energy
The term Kundalini has its roots in India, which literally means: coiled up. This old wisdom tradition speaks of a dormant energy coiled up like a snake on the pelvic floor. Certain meditation exercises like yoga are able to wake this energy up and make it accessible to the practitioner. When the kundalini energy starts activating you can sense at first a tingle and prickle at the base of your spine spinning around in ever larger circles.
After a while, the energy moves up your spine. At first it might only take two or three vertebras. But once you’re practiced, sometimes even during your first PCE-Training, the energy ascends toward your head where it charges the brain. It feels like a warm shiver coming to the forehead. Sometimes it’s like a slight electric discharge. New circuits are being activated which improve the psychophysiological system. It can be compared to the initialization of a computer.
This energy also can be symbolized by the Caduceus depicted above: Two snakes representing the polar energies male and female, are coiling up a rod uniting at the top into wings – a topic for another post.
The Singularity Hidden in the Pelvic Floor Muscle
The PC-muscle is the only muscle who is able to generate life energy by way of deliberate contraction. He connects the sacrum and the pubic bone and is located between the anus and the testicles respectively vagina, along the perineum. You can feel it contracting when you try to stop the uroflow intentionally. The PC-muscle is connected through nerves to different organs nearby and has the potential to release hormones and send signals to the brain.
There are different names for this sexual energy. Besides Kundalini it is also known by the Chinese term Chi or the Greek Aether. Wilhelm Reich, an Austrian psychoanalyst, coined the term Orgon. In Christian tradition, the closest term would be Holy Spirit, also known as God’s dynamic (δυναμις Θεου). They all talk about the basic life force, which is deeply connected with our sexuality.
For many this zone is tabu, because it holds an incredible force. Religion and society were always keen on controlling it, because on one hand this energy can become very destructive, but on the other hand it is an emancipatory force that enables creative expression and independent action. So my intention is to set you free with PCE, the energy created by the PC-muscle.
Generally it can be shown, that all charismatic persons like John F. Kennedy are high in life energy. In other words, the training I’m going to show you is an energy booster for the command center in your head, it is your personal fountain of youth whenever you need it, providing: resilience, concentration, sexual power, well-being, charisma and success.
Originally the training was used for women, because after a pregnancy the connecting tissue in the pelvic area was overstretched. But as to the powerful energy, it is generated by the men’s PC-muscles as well. In addition to that, this training is beneficial for erection problems or premature ejaculation and much more.
Before you can start the training, you need to be sure you’re able to control the PC-muscle. In order to control it, lie down on the floor after undressing yourself, take a mirror and then try to pull up the PC-muscle. You should see the perineum moving in and out. Anyhow, you’re activating this muscle every time you interrupt the beginning uroflow.
In case you find it hard to contract the muscle, stay with the build-up training a little longer until it becomes easier. Then move over to the main training. As a support you can use an emWave device in order to visualize the effect of your training.
- Build-up PCE-Training
- Sit upright on the rim of a chair.
- Now contract the sphincter around the anus. You’re performing correctly when it feels as if the pelvic floor would move upwards.
- Inhale slowly and calmly. (If 3 seconds are too long, just do it 1 or 2 seconds)
- Then release the muscle completely while exhaling.
- In the beginning do it ca. 10 times or as long as you can, but no longer than 10 minutes.
- Main PCE-Training
- Sit upright on the rim of a chair.
- Contract while inhaling like through a straw and counting from 1 to 10.
- Release the muscle with intent exhaling from 1 to 10.
- Do it several times, at the maximum 5 minutes.
- Relax for one minute.
- Contract and release quickly 10 times in a row.
After a while you might feel a tiny tingle and pull in your spine and moreover in your forehead. When you feel the energy rising up during an exercise, then all the chakras are open. If not, then I’ll suggest you do some additional training like the sun salutation.
In terms of my own experience, this PCE-Training has proven to be a very powerful method as you can see in the graphic below (cklick for detail). It’s the measurement of the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) done with an emWave Pro which I applied to myself. I was pretty worn out and could regenerate my energy immediately with the PCE-exercise I started at minute 4:30.

May the Force be with you 😉
